Lull Telehandlers
Ever since 1959, Lull has been making telehandlers. Their machinery have been designed for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This system offers much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide different optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you accomplish all your requirements, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. If precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
Many attachments have been designed and developed in order to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to position materials in a more accurate way. The booms or articulating booms come with 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures so as to position loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New attachments and products are being designed and made all the time and would be available in the future.
A lot of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For instance, load-reach management devices can automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the boom's extension and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is an essential lock-up device or a warning system that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
